Terms of service

Progetto Olanda 2.0 — last updated 21 September 2026. The Italian version is the operative text; this is a courtesy translation.

By using this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Who runs the site

The site is run by Filippo Baglini, Pisa, Italy, reachable at info@progettoolanda.it. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

2. What this site is

Progetto Olanda 2.0 publishes statistics and estimates about football matches: historical averages, distributions and expected values produced by a statistical model from data collected from public sources.

The site does not accept, collect or handle bets, holds no money, and is not a gambling operator.

3. Minimum age

The site covers content relating to betting markets and is intended for adults only. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Estimates are not advice

The figures published are statistical estimates — not certain predictions, and not advice of any kind, financial, sporting or otherwise. They are not an invitation to bet.

No outcome is guaranteed. An estimate, a signal indicator or an expected value describes how the model behaved on past data and guarantees nothing about the future. Every indicator is measured at one specific line and under one specific model configuration; change the line or the settings and the number changes.

Any decision you take on the basis of this content is yours alone and at your own risk.

5. Accounts

An account is optional — the site can be browsed without one. If you create one:

• you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account;
• you must give a valid email address;
• you must not impersonate anyone or choose an offensive or misleading username;
• you may ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to info@progettoolanda.it; saved slips are deleted along with the account.

An account may be suspended or closed for abuse of the service, attempts to compromise its security, or breach of these terms.

6. Saved slips

Saved slips are a personal record. The result shown is computed from the data we hold and is not an official settlement: it has no standing with any gambling operator. Some markets are not settled at all and are marked as such.

7. Links to third-party sites

Some sections show publicly observed odds and may include a link that opens the corresponding slip on the operator's own site. The link opens the slip and stops there — it does not place any bet.

There is no commercial, affiliate or sponsorship relationship with any operator mentioned, and no payment is received for these links. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies, over which we have no control. The odds shown are historical observations and may differ from those actually offered by the time you open their site.

8. Data and availability

Data comes from public third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, continuity or freedom from error, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The site's code, text, graphics and statistical model belong to the controller. Club and competition names, logos and crests belong to their respective owners and are used purely to identify them and for informational purposes.

Systematic extraction of the site's content, and reproduction or republication of it at scale, are not permitted without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from use of the site, from decisions taken on the basis of its content, from the service being unavailable, or from inaccuracies in the data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any mandatory consumer rights under Italian law.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision; by continuing to use the site after a change, you accept it.

12. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or elected domicile remains competent, under art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

13. Responsible gambling
